Description: For all high school and college students. Must be a US Citizen or a legal resident. Must be intending to enroll or enrolled in a full-time accredited two year or four-year university in the United States. Description: Full Tuition for someone attending a State or public university. The recipient will participate in the Army Reserve unit while earning additional income. 2.5 GPA required. A fitness test and age 17-28 will make you eligible.
