West High Morning Announcements
Celebration of US will take place on June 2.
This celebration includes a morning assembly highlighting various Cultures in Song and Dance. In the afternoon the Celebration will move to the South Lawn where there will be displays and demonstrations that students can visit and learn more about the various cultures. There will also be Food Trucks parked on 300 West for students to purchase food.
All Global Scholars attending the Senior Lunch today with Ms. Gates, Ms. Hoppes, Mrs. Barker, Mrs. Hunt, and Ms. Nava: Please meet by the panther at 11:30! This is a NEW TIME! Please be sure to be at the Panther at 11:30!
Tomorrow, at 3:30, the West Running Club and Cross Country Team will be holding an informational meeting regarding summer training. If you want to stay in shape this summer, or are interested in becoming a better athlete, you should come hear what Coach Joe has to say! The meeting is at the Track Building tomorrow at 3:30. ELPers and parents are welcome! Email Coach Joe with questions or concerns.
There will be bus transportation to the CTC on Monday and Tuesday of the last week of school. After that there will be no classes at the CTC. Announce Dates: 05/31-06/06
Attention Students: Summer School registration is open. This is for credit recovery and original PE credit; space is limited for PE. Please see your canvas announcements for more information.

Cheer Second round tryouts will be held on Wednesday May 31st at 3:30 in the Tech Wing Gym. Be sure to bring a copy of your current grades. Please wear your hair up and wear black top and bottoms.
Start the day off walking👣👣👣, chatting😁😄😋😜, and getting some vitamin D with one ☝counselor or more8️⃣!🌞☀️😎 Beginning next week on May 23rd join us for a walk on the track at 8 AM. We will be there each Tuesday and Thursday until the end of the year! Dates are the following: May 23, 25, 30 June 1, 6, 8 We will be inviting teachers as well - just FYI!
